AGM - Annual General Meeting

An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a yearly meeting where members come together to review the organization’s activities, finances, and governance, and to participate in key decisions (when required).

At the AGM, members will:

Receive updates on the past year’s programs, events, and achievements
Review financial statements and organizational performance
Elect or re-elect board members and officers
Vote on important matters affecting the organization (when required)

The TZE 2026 AGM was held on March 15th 2026. An AGM package including the meeting minutes, President’s report, Zone Updates, and financial statements is share with the members following the meeting via the THJA central committees email list of members. Following this the AGM package can be requested by members at any time during the year by emailing info.trilliumzoneeast@gmail.com.
